Join the 100 Club of Chicago
In order to expand our ability to respond to the needs of the families of fallen police officers, firefighters and paramedics, the 100 Club of Chicago has a goal of increasing its membership and revenue levels. Please actively support our efforts by becoming a member of the 100 Club of Chicago and by encouraging your friends and business associates to join our cause.
Our Membership Application. provides various membership options to choose from. If you have any questions about which category best suits your or your company’s needs, please contact us for additional information. Once we receive your membership application, we will send you a membership packet, including a welcome letter, membership card and decal. Periodic newsletters will follow that provide news about the 100 Club and those whom we have helped with your support.
