Full-time status requires a minimum of 12 credit hours per term.
The institution must be officially accredited at the regional or national level.

These may be submitted with your application or mailed seperately. However, all must be postmarked by July 1, 2013.
Scholars applying for the 100 Club of Chicago Educational Assistance Grant for the first time are not required to supply transcripts. All other scholars must provide an official and sealed copy of transcripts from your previous term with each application.

Certification and Submission
You must submit a full application package, even if you have previously received a 100 Club of Chicago Educational Assistance Grant. It is the responsibility of the scholar to notify the 100 Club, in writing, of any changes that may occur to your contact information or any education situation.
