The 100 Club of Chicago was founded on the principles of helping those in need after tragedy.
Throughout 2020, our nation and our first responder communities have endured tragedy at an unprecedented level, largely due to the devastating effects of COVID-19. In response to this continuing pandemic, the 100 Club has committed to supporting the families of first responders who have lost their lives in the line of duty due to complications from COVID-19.
In just 2020 alone, we have lost ten heroes and provided more than $650,000 in assistance to families. These ten heroes left behind 19 children who are eligible for educational assistance — three of whom are already receiving assistance with higher education.
While the 100 Club of Chicago is unable to host the annual gala due to safety reasons, the need to Raise Hope is ever present. Please consider supporting the 100 Club of Chicago’s Raising Hope Campaign and help us reach our goal of $400,000 today.
Donations in the following increments can make a profound difference in the lives of families of the fallen:
$20,000 – Covers the cost of a full year of tuition for a 100 Club Scholar
$10,000 – Covers the cost of a semester of tuition for a 100 Club Scholar
$5,400 – In honor of the 54 years that the 100 Club has assisted families of the fallen
$1,966 – In honor of the year that the 100 Club of Chicago was founded
$585 – In honor of the number of dependents that the 100 Club has assisted since 1966
$284 – In honor of our 284 fallen heroes
Donations of any amount will be truly appreciated. Thank you for helping us to continue to Raise Hope.
